Last week Preston Centuolo spoke at our Junior school assembly. I would rate Preston as one of the greatest communicators to young people addressing youth issues such as bullying and making good choices. He engaged our students who were captivated by his humor and ability to speak directly to over 300 students in one room.
Many teachers have commented on how impressed they were and how the students carried on some of the themes in classroom discussion. The junior school have also implemented a project, placing posters around the school with messages from Preston.
I would recommend Preston Centuolo to speak in any school setting.

Seth spoke to our students in Year 7 to 10 and also showcased his repertoire of amazing basketball tricks. He presented a simple message that perseverance and making smart considered decisions would lead to the best possible outcomes in your life. He was careful not to be unrealistic or over the top but challenged students to think about the choices they were making. It was a measure of his link with the students that it took us about 15 minutes to get him to the car to go to his next school-they all wanted to chat!

Seth spoke to the 7 and 8 co-ed students and had their attention from the moment they came into the room. Seth’s presentation was interactive with the students, as well as thoroughly engaging and his story was heart felt as well as relevant At the end of the presentation, I could see alot of students were impacted and there were quite a number of students who wanted to talk with Seth afterwards-which was something he was very gracious about.

Thank you so much for including us on Reggie Dabbs’ recent tour of the Marion County Schools. The students here at Kingsbury Academy certainly enjoyed his brief presentation. It’s obvious that he has a big impact on the student populations he addresses. We are always hopeful that these messages will reach our students in a positive way. I understand there were a number of staff and students who attended the public presentation in the community in the evening and they were significantly impressed.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the “Youth Alliance” for bringing in such a dynamic speaker for the student body of Lake Weir High School. Our Students had the privilege to be a part of Reggie Dabbs presentation on April 27th and I have heard nothing but Rave Reviews! It is not often, that a stranger can come in and make an immediate impact. However, that is what your organization has done.

Principal, Lake Weir High School
I am writing to you in order to express your delighted gratitude. Our students completely enjoyed Seth’s visit. His inspiring story reinforced our Sailor Expectations, especially ‘I care attitude’ and ‘Always Responsible.’ The students couldn’t stop talking about his amazing basketball tricks and message. We truly appreciated Seth coming to our school and making such a positive impact on our students!

Thank you so much for providing my students with the opportunity to listen to Mr. Seth Franco. Mr. Franco brought a very “close to home” message to our students, specifically about believing in themselves and not giving up. The message was further enhanced by demonstrating his basketball skills. Our students were excited to be able to interact with Mr. Franco up close and personal as he showed his tricks with the basketball.

I am writing this letter as a recommendation for The Youth Alliance. Mike Nelson, Seth
Franco, and the staff of Youth Alliance are extremely professional and motivating. Our students
have been blessed to have Mr. Franco as a guest speaker two times in the past two years. His
demeanor is uplifting and his anti-bully message is well received by students of all grades,
genders, and ethnic backgrounds. I would highly recommend The Youth Alliance to any school
needing a motivational speaker.

Preston’s presentation was the most impressive performance I have had the pleasure to witness.
He successfully engaged all his audience in a manner that took our Year 10 students to a more positive and focussed outlook.
An outstanding motivator and communicator who has my unqualified support for further presentations at this college.

The key to the success of all of the assemblies was a strong message of hope, responsibility and dealing with adversity in a positive manner delivered with humor and compassion. The messages were made more “entertaining” to a middle school audience when combined with the musical talents of Mr. Dabbs and the athletic ability of Mr. Franco. There was never a question in my mind that the relationship with Youth Alliance was one that benefits our students and one that I would carry to my next assignment.

It is my belief that our students at Durant High benefited greatly from The Youth Alliance Programs.
I would recommend this program be made available to all high school and middle school students. Their message is far reaching and beneficial to all who hear them. It is my goal to invite them back for a fourth year.

The message was further enhanced by demonstrating his basketball skills. Our students were excited to be able to interact with Mr. Franco up close and personal as he showed his tricks with the basketball.
As the principal of the school, I was pretty impressed with the fact that Mr. Franco had the patience to show his skills and interact with one of our autistic kids. It is my personal belief that our children need lots of positive encouragement especially from people that can deliver motivational pep talks in a way that children can identify with.
Once again, thank you for allowing us the opportunity to be a part of the speakers that you bring to our campus.

It is critical to be able to reach this generation. The open, candid stories from speakers that seem to take on a “larger than life” persona, make connections that attract and begin to unpeel the lives of students. Everyone is looking for a “hero”. The Youth Alliance has many and our students and staff benefit greatly from their work.

On behalf of the student body and teaching staff at Turkey Creek Middle School I wish to thank you for arranging the recent visit of Reggie Dabbs to our campus. His words were motivational, inspiring and “spot on” when it comes to decision making and the choices our kids are faced with every day. Your assistance and support of our school means a lot to me as principal. Our students and staff are faced with many challenges each day and it requires an entire community working in harmony to change lives.
I know Reggie Dabbs changed some students at Turkey Creek Middle School. Our students have not stopped talking about the presentation since his visit. The students that assisted Reggie this year really added to his program. It was neat to see the connection they made with our students.
Dennis Mayo
Principal, Turkey Creek Middle School
I am very pleased with the professionalism of the group, its effectiveness, and, most importantly, the message communicated to a middle school student. I am quite confident the message could be delivered to an elementary or high school audience with the same results.
I recommend the Youth Alliance program with no reservations and will welcome them back to Monroe again next year.

We are so very grateful for the positive exposure our students will have and the amazing impact that we know will take place, thanks to Mr. Dabbs’ presentation.
We have been fortunate enough to have Mr. Dabbs speak here. He is extraordinary!

Our school has been the beneficiary of wonderful and inspirational presentations given by The Youth Alliance speakers. This year our students had the opportunity to hear Reggie Dabbs speak. His motivational remarks gave our students a chance to hear from someone who has taken huge steps to achieve greatness. He did a fabulous job of capturing the students’ attention and left them with the feeling that they can also achieve greatness if they believe and do the right thing!!
We believe that these opportunities have the potential to have a major impact on our students. Some of them do not have role models who share this type of information with them. We are very appreciative of these opportunities to have speakers share with our students and make an impression on them.

We have had the pleasure of hosting Reggie Dabbs at Brooks DeBartolo Collegiate High School for two years.
Reggie Dabbs touches lives in his assemblies with humor, fun, and a strong connection to kids. He helps create a stronger sense of community and always has a clear, heartfelt message about overcoming obstacles.
In an ongoing effort to build tolerance in schools, Reggie helps kids heal and come together in unity.
ALL students should get to experience Reggie and his team in action!

I want to personally thank you for taking the time to stop by Buchanan in August to discuss the Youth Alliance Speakers with me. I was very skeptical on having the whole school participate in a school-wide function and listen to a motivational speaker without having discipline issues. You assured me that the students would listen to Mr. Dabbs or anyone else in your program that spoke to my students. You were not only correct, but even I was enthralled by the presentation and how the students behaved for Mr. Dabbs. Mr. Dabbs presentation not only kept the students attention, but my teachers were motivated as well.
Thank you again for bringing Mr. Dabbs to motivating my staff and students and bringing Unity to our school!

For the last two years, Leto High School students and staff have had the pleasure of welcoming Reggie Dabbs to address our student body in a school-wide assembly. Mr. Dabbs delivers a powerful and dynamic message in an entertaining and meaningful manner. At the conclusion of both assemblies, students and staff have raved about the inspiration he is and the positive impact his message carries. We look forward to hosting Mr. Dabbs again next year!

I just wanted to pass along my sincere gratitude to you and The Youth Alliance organization for allowing Mr. Reggie Dabbs to speak to our students. Reggie has a gift of communicating to kids in a way that touches their lives and makes the future look positive. From the first introduction to the last comment, the kids are active listeners and participants. During this presentation, Mr. Dabbs was able to share valuable life skills with our students that they sometimes don’t want to learn from educators. It’s not too often that students make positive comments even days later about a guest speaker. This was not the case with Reggie. The kids kept sharing with me and others how much they enjoyed the presentation. This is a big deal for middle school kids!
I wish your organization all the best as you continue to make a difference in the lives of students all across our country. Thank you for including Marshall and I look forward to future presentations through The Youth Alliance.

This letter of recommendation is written on behalf of The Youth Alliance Organization. For the past three years, in support of our multi-cultural celebrations, we have been fortunate to have several speakers from this group address our students. Through their presentations, they conveyed that every person has value, all people face trials, and one can overcome adversity in even the most dire of situations. They shared personal stories of struggles, hopes, dreams and perseverance.
I would recommend this program be made available to all high school and middle school students. Their message is far reaching and beneficial to all who hear them. It is my goal to invite them back for a fourth year.
