Just prior to winter break, we enjoyed sharing the musical talents of New Zealander Darin MacDonald with local students. Darin visited three different school districts, taking song requests and captivating the students with his broad musical repertoire. He discussed careers in the fine arts, what is is like being a musical performer, and answered questions surrounding his country of origin and life “down under.” There are a few pictures below along with Darin’s biography. Check out this and other events on www.sjya.com or www.theyouthalliance.com.
