Today we had the privilage of having Seth Franco as a speaker. He was able to capture the attention of our middle schoolers with his very powerful message and his engaging performance. After 17 years as a ParaProfessional in the school system this presentation today was by far the best that I have ever been lucky to witness. Thank you so much!

I just wanted to take some time you thank you for sending Seth Franco to speak to our school today. He did an amazing job and all the students were excited and attentive (which is hard to do with middle school).

Sterling HS is so very pleased with the outcome of this morning’s Student Assemblies. We anticipate and equally wonderful “Family Night “ with Seth as well. Seth is a talented and engaging presenter who is able to captivate his audience while sending a powerful message…. Thank you for making a difference!

Your program is everything you promised, and more…………….

Our school just had Jon Pritikin present today. He was amazing! All of our students were focused and engaged from the beginning until the end. He also served as our keynote speaker during our family night event. We had nothing but positive comments all night long!

We just had the assembly with Seth and the students enjoyed it tremendously. I have been a teacher here in Pennsville for the past 35 years and it was at the top of the list. His presentation was great and the message to the kids about bullying was clear. Everyone had a great time!

I just wanted to thank you both for the wonderful presentations you did for us at Triton high school.

Both the students and teachers have told me it was the best, most effective program on bullying that we ever had in the history of assembly programs at our school.

Many thanks and Blessings,

Seth Franco was dynamic! He captured our students from beginning to end. Utilizing his basketball talents, humor, audience participation, and statistics relative to bullying he got across a very important message to our students. Students in grades 9-12 stated “This is one of the best assemblies we have had”!

A student came up to me the day after the Reggie Dabbs presentation. “You said I could always talk to you, right?” Absolutely, I replied. The student then told me about his experience with the presentation. He said he had been praying for help. He had just found out some news at home and his world was crashing down around him. He felt betrayed and not sure if he wanted to trust anyone. “Then this guy came and I listened to him, and I realized there were people around me that cared.” I was able to send him to guidance and get him the help that he needed to make sense of the chaos that was unfolding. I am truly grateful for Mr. Dabbs to have talked that day, because he gave my student hope.

I have surveyed staff and students and the overwhelming majority say that your “Real Relationships” program was probably the best program we have ever had at SLMS. The teachers want you to come back and share with our other grade levels because your story was so compelling and of high interest to our population of middle schoolers.

Seth Franco spoke at my school yesterday, and he was such a pleasure! Not only was he able to appeal to the kids with things as simple as music and sports, but he also was able to get their attention and speak to them about a serious topic! I also thought it was awesome that he was able to use a personal experience/hardship and turn it around into a positive story! What a great experience I know I had and my students had!

Seth and the other guys were awesome. The kids really enjoyed the presentation and were engaged the whole time. After the guys left I asked my class truthfully what they thought and they all really liked it. I asked what his story was about and almost all of them could tell me about Seth’s story in detail. Thank you so much for coming and inspiring our kids.

Seth Franco presented to our Freshman Class this week. His talent was awesome and entertaining. His inspirational message touched our kids in ways that no one has been able. One student shared, “I can’t believe all that man has gone through and he is still successful.” Another said, “I have never met a pro basketball player before! That was cool!”

Our students enjoyed Seth Franco message of self worth. When students talk about how powerful Seth came across and how meaningful his comments were you know he touched their minds in meaningful ways. I would encourage schools to have him come and speak to their students for an uplifting and inspirational message.

On behalf of Lawrence Academy, I would love to express how much we appreciated and enjoyed the presentation given by Seth Franco on Monday, September 16th . Our students ranged in grades from 5th – 12thand all were inspired. Not always an easy task to keep the attention of young people for an extended period of time, however, Seth’s talent and personal triumphs kept them attentive. Once again, we thank you

I heard both seniors and freshmen say they really enjoyed it. That’s great feedback from two very different audiences.

I thought this was great. Good message and good presentation. High impact.

We have 4 seniors 2nd period, and I got very positive feedback from all of them.

Thanks for setting this up.

The other 3 staff members in the BST had a chance to attend the assemblies this morning, so I attended the last assembly. I thought that was one of the best speakers I have heard in a high school setting. He did a great job of keeping the message relevant for the student population. He also used humor/current music which kept the students engaged. Awesome Find!!

What a great assembly!  Please come again!!

He was awesome, our AU-IV students really enjoyed it! They especially loved having him teach them how to spin a basketball at the beginning of the assembly.

I wanted to take a minute and say thanks again for today at Sanderson High School. The positive feedback has been pouring in! Everyone is still talking about the assembly and it was great for our students.

Preston came to speak to our year 7 through to year 12 students. Preston has amazing communication skills that keep students enthralled in what he saying the whole time. The students were on the edge of their seats, laughing one minute and crying the next.

Preston shared valuable life messages with our students that encouraged, inspired and challenged them in their daily journey of life. The staff also were inspired by Preston’s message and challenged about the vital role that teachers play in the life of students.

We would love to have Preston back anytime and recommend him to come and speak to students. This opportunity will empower students to make positive choices in their lives.

Last week Preston Centuolo spoke at our Junior school assembly. I would rate Preston as one of the greatest communicators to young people addressing youth issues such as bullying and making good choices. He engaged our students who were captivated by his humor and ability to speak directly to over 300 students in one room.

Many teachers have commented on how impressed they were and how the students carried on some of the themes in classroom discussion. The junior school have also implemented a project, placing posters around the school with messages from Preston.

I would recommend Preston Centuolo to speak in any school setting.

Seth spoke to our students in Year 7 to 10 and also showcased his repertoire of amazing basketball tricks. He presented a simple message that perseverance and making smart considered decisions would lead to the best possible outcomes in your life. He was careful not to be unrealistic or over the top but challenged students to think about the choices they were making. It was a measure of his link with the students that it took us about 15 minutes to get him to the car to go to his next school-they all wanted to chat!

South Oakleigh College

Seth spoke to the 7 and 8 co-ed students and had their attention from the moment they came into the room. Seth’s presentation was interactive with the students, as well as thoroughly engaging and his story was heart felt as well as relevant  At the end of the presentation, I could see alot of students were impacted and there were quite a number of students who wanted to talk with Seth afterwards-which was something he was very gracious about.

Thank you so much for including us on Reggie Dabbs’ recent tour of the Marion County Schools. The students here at Kingsbury Academy certainly enjoyed his brief presentation. It’s obvious that he has a big impact on the student populations he addresses. We are always hopeful that these messages will reach our students in a positive way. I understand there were a number of staff and students who attended the public presentation in the community in the evening and they were significantly impressed.
